All charges for Premier new home listings in the database will be assessed by BU on the first day of the month that community or property listing is active in the database. Payment may be made by automated credit card processing online or postal mail by check within twenty (20) days of electronic bill notification; otherwise BU has the right to suspend Builder Users’ Premier services. There are no refunds nor any proration of monthly fees submitted for paid services. Refund requests on annual plan pricing must be made and acknowledged in writing. Payments made on annual plan pricing terminated earlier incur an early termination fee of 8% of the annual fee paid. The Agreement shall auto-renew under existing rates at the time of renewal, or Builder may cancel the Agreement with 30-days notice to BU.
